This Cookies Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on kingandqueenofthecourts.co.za, what they do, and the choices available to you. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

kqoc.cookie.pref.v1— stores your choice on the cookie banner so we don't ask again. Set by this site. Never shared. Persists until you clear your browser storage.
Analytics — Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site (which sections attract attention, where people drop off, and how
the Site performs across devices). Clarity may set cookies such as _clck and _clsk, and may record session
interactions on its servers. No information entered into the inquiry form is recorded. More: Microsoft Privacy Statement

If you decline on the banner, we ask Clarity to stop collecting data on your browser (via its clarity("stop") API).
Note that any Clarity cookies already set may persist until you clear them.
Form delivery — Formspree
When you submit the inquiry form, Formspree processes the submission and forwards it to us. Formspree may set short-lived cookies for spam protection on its own domain — not on ours. More: formspree.io/legal/cookie-policy.
Fonts & hosting
We use Google Fonts to serve typefaces and Cloudflare Pages for hosting. Neither is used for tracking on this Site, but they may receive standard request metadata (IP, user agent) as part of serving files. See their policies: Google and Cloudflare.
3. Managing cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Use the cookie banner's Decline button on your first visit.
- Clear your browser's cookies and site data for this domain to reset your preference and remove existing Clarity cookies.
- Set your browser to block or warn about cookies. Most browsers let you do this in the privacy or security settings.
- Use private / incognito browsing, which limits how long cookies persist.
4. Changes
If we change which cookies we use, we'll update this page. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change.
